The HK USP Elite 45 has a polygonal 6.02-inch barrel, which is cold hammer-forged out of special high strength steel. This highly accurate barrel rides on a frame made from glass fiber reinforced polyamide with the addition of stainless-steel inserts for ultra-durability.
